Thanks again for all your help and cooperation when I called you in reference to this part malfunctioning on my generator. You really helped me out and I really appreciate it. You are a real asset to your company. Whenever I talk to others about generators, I highly recommend your company because of the service you extended to me.

As you can see, I have replaced the part and here is the other one back as you requested. I'm sorry it took me so long to send it back but I've had some medical problems. I have been confined to the house. I also haven't been able to test the new past as I had already taken the tractor back to the ranch.

Hello to all, I just wanted to say thanks for a great product. In preparation for "Katrina" I purchased one of your 15KW PTO generators, and had an electrician wire the main service panel with a lock-out main breaker and the necessary weather proof connector. The next day "Katrina" went through and we lost power. We were without power for twenty days. From the moment we lost power until power was restored that 15KW generator ran 24/7 for 465 plus hours. The only times that the generator and tractor got a rest was when I changed the vital fluids. I changed the generator gear box oil at approximately 220 hours and at the end of use. The generator performed perfectly. It didn't miss a beat while carrying the house, septic pump and well pump. It was a great investment. Thanks everyone,
